Muddiest Point
I was a little bit confused on what exactly OCR is. I know that it has something to do with the quality of an image after it has been converted. OCR's ability to correctly read the text of an image determines how good the quality of that image turns out to be? Also, For clarification on the OCR portion of our assignment. We are just to upload the given image into the OCR website provided and then describe the errors that were generated and any challenges that were encountered? Also, since we are all using the same image, will everyone have the same errors? (Maybe I'm not entirely understanding how this works, sorry!)
Hi Lindsay,
ReplyDeleteYour understanding of the assignment is all correct. If two students use the same images, and same OCR tool at the same time, yes, they will absolutely get the same result.~Wei
